I stumbled into the process with very little research and was extremely lucky to have found Lynne and Brad by chance. Lynne is awesome. I was looking for something rather specific. I met her at an open house that she was listing and immediately had a good feeling about her. We then toured a few houses and she was very transparent with where she felt the house's stacked up price wise and if they would be a good purchase or not. It was at this point she really started to gain my trust in this process. Lynne helped me narrow down the right neighborhoods and style of house of what I was looking for, being a first time home buyer the process was a little intimidating. We quickly realized a fixer upper would probably be the best fit for me. We came across a very distressed property that I really fell in love with. It happened to be a short sale, so the process was very long and required a high level of follow up on her end. She always kept me informed and was there to answer my phone calls if I had any additional questions. We were able to secure the house and she has been with me every step of the way through closing. Not only did I find a great agent to work with but now somebody I consider a friend. I can't wait to show her the house when renovations are complete!
