Lynne and Brad are a powerhouse duo, the pair are truly stronger than any single real estate agent can be on their own. They were motivated to help us as first-time buyers without being pushy, and they would often help by answering the questions we didn't even know we should be asking. Their joint-availability meant that there was always one of them free to see a property we wanted to tour. Lynne and Brad are both qualified and exemplary agents, but its their teamwork that sets them well above the rest. I'm looking forward to doing business with Lynne and Brad again!

Lynne and Brad may have been chosen for us, but they made us feel like we were part of their family. They weren't just selling us a house, they wanted to make sure we would be happy healthy and safe in our new home. If they didn't know about the area they looked into it. We were buying from Colorado so they FaceTimed and pointed out the nice parts and the not so nice parts of houses and neighborhoods. They would drive around to make sure it was safe. Buying a house always seemed so intimidating, but with Brad and Lynne it was such a smooth process. We couldn't and wouldn't have wanted to do it without them.

I cannot put into words how amazing lynne and brad were to me and my family. My husband was deployed overseas when we got the news that we were relocating in less than 60 days. Besides having the address of his new work location, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Lynne and brad held my hand through everything. I was so respected by them as a military wife (which is huge; this is our third home purchase and sadly I have had awful experiences with other brokers when my husband was previously deployed) and they held my hand through everything. As fast as houses were coming online, they were under contract.. Lynne and brad drove over 100+ miles to the homes I was requesting, did FaceTime calls with me and if service was horrible they took extensive videos of the property. We were under contract before my husband returned home; which meant we were able to enjoy time together as a family instead of still home searching. Even during our final walkthrough they still held our hands and made sure everything requested was completed and we were setup right. My husband and I have purchased homes on both coasts, have worked with many brokers and these two impressed us!!! Definitely will be recommending them to anyone we know relocating to this area.
