Having been recommended by my son and daughter-in-law, I knew from the start that I was in great hands. All my interactions with Lynne and Brad were positive and always brought me peace of mind. We had extenuating circumstances and Lynne and Brad never gave up on us. They sold our parents' summer home and their primary home start to finish in a little over three months. That's two homes in three months. Lynne and Brad were extremely dedicated to us and understood our emotional situation. Such compassion. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. Because you worked so quickly for us I can finally mourn the loss of both my parents. The presentation brochure prepared for the sale was impeccable. I felt so proud of both properties the way Lynne and Brad portrayed them. It was like they saw and recognized all the special things about the home I grew up in. It really made me feel good. And the flyer with a couple of pictures of the home - of course I will always save it. All paperwork was promptly shared with us. Everything was always clearly explained to us and any questions we had were always answered immediately. Lynne even made calls for us regarding snow removal, water bills, etc. She was so helpful on a personal level. Thank you so much. It was like working with family. Honestly, my sister, Rose, and I look forward to seeing them again this summer when they host a client appreciation event! Lynne and Brad... I hope when my husband and I are ready to downsize and look for a new home, you will both be there to help us on that journey. Thank you both, again, for all you did for me and my sister.
