We are incredibly grateful for the professionalism, support, and efficiency that Lynne and Brad provided. Our offer was accepted prior to quarantine and we had several obstacles that we had to overcome. Lynne and Brad were there every step of the way despite the uncertainty regarding the pandemic. Lynne and Brad were able to do everything in their power to close on our home as soon as possible. This was a very stressful time, but they were always one text away and would respond immediately. We fully invested our trust in them starting in the fall of 2019 and it certainly paid off. It was definitely a process, but the results were exactly what we were looking for. We highly recommend Lynne and Brad; they far exceeded our expectations.

I cannot put into words how amazing lynne and brad were to me and my family. My husband was deployed overseas when we got the news that we were relocating in less than 60 days. Besides having the address of his new work location, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Lynne and brad held my hand through everything. I was so respected by them as a military wife (which is huge; this is our third home purchase and sadly I have had awful experiences with other brokers when my husband was previously deployed) and they held my hand through everything. As fast as houses were coming online, they were under contract.. Lynne and brad drove over 100+ miles to the homes I was requesting, did FaceTime calls with me and if service was horrible they took extensive videos of the property. We were under contract before my husband returned home; which meant we were able to enjoy time together as a family instead of still home searching. Even during our final walkthrough they still held our hands and made sure everything requested was completed and we were setup right. My husband and I have purchased homes on both coasts, have worked with many brokers and these two impressed us!!! Definitely will be recommending them to anyone we know relocating to this area.

Lynne and Brad may have been chosen for us, but they made us feel like we were part of their family. They weren't just selling us a house, they wanted to make sure we would be happy healthy and safe in our new home. If they didn't know about the area they looked into it. We were buying from Colorado so they FaceTimed and pointed out the nice parts and the not so nice parts of houses and neighborhoods. They would drive around to make sure it was safe. Lynne Monk and Brad McLaughlin walked into this situation: Four very different siblings each trying our best to control our emotions having just lost our Mom. It was not a pleasant situation to say the least and I found myself quickly praying that Lynne and Brad would agree to represent us. Personally I would have run the other way. But they stayed. And from day one they have been calming, professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and comforting. They never let us down. Their presentations were impeccable. Pictures of our properties were amazing. The sale prices were spot on. They sold our cottage in Salem NH and in a couple of weeks we will be closing on our parents' home in Somerville MA. I am so grateful to both Lynne and Brad. Anytime we had a question they had an answer for us. The whole process took place with very little work on our part. That allowed us the grieving time that we so badly needed. I will highly recommend them to everyone I can. I also know they will be the ones I turn to when I am ready to downsize.
